Files – additional file storage costs $0.05 per GB. Additional transfers cost $0.15 per GB.
Dormant Accounts – user accounts that are inactive for >= 365 days are considered dormant. brainCloud includes an optional feature to automatically delete dormant accounts. Apps that choose to keep dormant accounts are charged $75.00 per million dormant accounts, per month.

RTT – Apps are charged 1 API count per 100 delivered RTT messages. Additional Concurrent RTT connections are charged at 10 API counts per connection, per hour.
Custom App Servers – brainCloud can optionally host Relay Servers and Custom Room Servers. brainCloud adds 25% and $0.02 to the cloud provider’s hourly hosting costs. Hosting fees only apply if brainCloud is hosting Relay servers and/or custom Room Servers on behalf of the app.
Deep Data Usage is charged for the storage of Custom Entities, Messages and Chat History. It is charged at a rate of $0.45 per GB per day, with special weighted multipliers of x5 for data indexes and x10 for Redis-based data (i.e. Chat history).
